TOURNAMENT SETUP
Scoring format update:
Tournament format will be full sets with no ad scoring. If necessary, a 3rd set will play a 10 point tiebreak.
Inclement weather- format may change.
Players are limited to one division.
Team matches will be 1 men’s doubles court, 1 women’s doubles court, and 1 mixed doubles court. Teams must have a minimum of 3 women and 3 men per team. Levels are: 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, and open. Three matches will be guaranteed to each team. The combined NTRP” rating of the players on a court cannot be greater than the team level being played. Women’s Divisions are also available. Women’s division teams are level 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 only and must consist of a minimum of 6 players. For those new to playing tennis, we are offering an apprentice division consisting of 4-person teams with 3 guaranteed matches. The team with the highest number of points will win their division. Our high school division-teams will play other high school teams and/or may play in the 8.0/Open level division. Winners will be determined based on win/loss record.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The weekend includes meals, Family Kick-Off Night, exhibition games, auction/raffle. Extra fee events include wine pull, hit for prizes, and more events throughout weekend. Three matches and play format will be determined by total number of teams per event.
All net proceeds will benefit the Katy Build Project in Bossier City, LA. All fees and donations are tax-deductible.
